* 3-5+ years of project management experience, especially in ERP, business systems, or data-enabled change
 * Strong understanding of project governance, RAID management, and stakeholder engagement
 * Excellent organisational and communication skills
 * Experience in business analysis, process mapping, and translating requirements into solutions
 * Knowledge of BI, reporting, ETL, data flows, and data quality is highly desirable

The successful candidate will typically report to senior leadership and work closely with internal teams across business, operations, finance, and technology., * Lead the Makor ERP implementation from final testing through to phased rollout and transition to business as usual

 * Manage delivery plans, dependencies, actions, and governance processes for multiple projects
 * Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, operations, finance, and external suppliers
 * Facilitate workshops to define requirements, processes, and solutions
 * Maintain an end-to-end view of projects, identifying impacts across business and technology
 * Drive issues to resolution and ensure clear ownership and accountability
