Desirable * Relevant professional certification such as ITIL 4, Microsoft, Cisco, Palo Alto, PRINCE2 or equivalent. * Experience working within and IT role within the Further or Higher Education sector. * Experience with enterprise virtual desktop and application delivery platforms. * Experience with public cloud infrastructure and services. * Experience of cyber assurance frameworks, security monitoring platforms or security operations practices. * Experience with automation and scripting technologies. * Project management or technical project delivery experience., * Strong team-working, team-building and people leadership skills. * Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills. * Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. * Ability to prioritise workloads, manage competing demands and drive continual improvement. ## Description As a key member of the Digital Services team, the Infrastructure Team Leader leads the operation, support, security, monitoring and continual development of the College's core IT infrastructure and the services that underpin teaching, learning and business operations across all campuses. This is a hands-on technical leadership role combining people management with deep technical expertise.
