## Description

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM professional to join a growing Enterprise Applications team supporting a large-scale digital transformation programme. You'll play a key role in designing, configuring, and optimising HR systems while partnering with stakeholders to deliver innovative business solutions.

 * Lead Oracle Fusion HCM transformation projects
 * Hybrid working and growth potential, As a Senior Application Engineer specialising in Oracle Fusion HCM, you will be responsible for analysing business requirements, designing functional solutions, and configuring systems to support HR operations across the organisation., * Configuring and maintaining Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence, Talent, and Payroll.
 * Translating business requirements into effective system solutions.
 * Managing change requests, releases, and system enhancements.
 * Supporting integrations between Oracle Fusion and other enterprise systems.
 * Producing functional designs, specifications, and supporting documentation.
 * Facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolving defects.
 * Delivering training and knowledge transfer to end users and colleagues.
 * Mentoring team members and providing technical guidance.
 * Driving process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
 * Managing relationships with third-party suppliers and technology partners.
