## About the Role

Mandatory Skill: Golang

Key Requirements:

 * Proven hands-on experience developing backend systems using at least one type-safe language (Golang strongly preferred).
 * Professional background in software development with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
 * Solid familiarity with backend microservices architectures, RESTful communication, and asynchronous messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
 * Experience operating within Scrum frameworks to deliver business capabilities and end-to-end customer journeys.
 * Strong foundation in Test-Driven Development (TDD) across unit, component, functional, integration, and regression testing tiers.
 * Practical experience with CI/CD/CT pipelines, automated testing, version control (Git, SVN), and project tracking tooling (Jenkins, JIRA, Rally).
 * Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, TDD, BDD, Waterfall).

Desirable technical exposure: Golang, Postgres, Kafka, gRPC, Docker, GraphQL, and Git.
