Nice to Have * Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II; Platform Developer certification is also valued where supported by strong hands-on experience. * Certifications in Platform Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect or Platform Integration Architect. * Experience with Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI and Git-based workflows. * Experience with modern CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions. * Experience with integration middleware or event-driven integrations. * Previous experience working within financial services, fintech or payments. * Experience improving Salesforce engineering or delivery practices, including mentoring or coaching colleagues. * Exposure to Salesforce DevOps and release-management platforms. ## Description This is a hands-on development role where you'll work across both Salesforce development and configuration, choosing the right technical approach to solve business problems. You'll work closely with teams across Product, Operations, Risk, Sales and Technology, turning business requirements into scalable, secure and reliable Salesforce solutions. You'll also play an important role in helping us mature our Salesforce engineering practices, including development standards, testing, source control, CI/CD and release management.
