This is a key role within the practice, supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care through the accurate maintenance of clinical records, management of patient recall systems, long-term condition administration, clinical coding, and rota coordination. The successful candidate will work closely with both clinical and administrative colleagues to support service delivery, patient safety, and quality improvement initiatives across the practice. Whilst this post is being offered on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave, candidates should be aware that opportunities for continued employment may arise during or at the end of the contract. Any such opportunities would be subject to service requirements and vacancy availability at the time., The Data Quality Administrator will be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records, supporting clinical coding, managing patient recalls, and assisting with long-term condition administration.
