You will be confident using digital tools and Microsoft Office, with strong written communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly and accurately. * You should be organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail. You will understand the importance of accessibility, confidentiality, data protection and safeguarding, and be committed to improving how children, families and professionals access the right support at the right time. ## Description Working under the direction of the Education Data and Information Officer, you will lead and coordinate digital information, communication, engagement and insight activity to support delivery of Experts in Hand. You will develop and maintain digital platforms and web content, create a clear digital front door for inclusion support, and translate complex SEND and inclusion systems into accessible information for a range of audiences. You will work closely with colleagues across education, SEND, early help, health, Family Hubs, schools, settings and partner agencies to ensure consistent, high-quality messaging and engagement. You will also use data and insight to monitor effectiveness, identify gaps in awareness or access, and inform service improvement. We are looking for someone who can: * lead the design, development and maintenance of digital information and communication platforms; * create clear, accessible content that helps families, schools, settings and practitioners understand inclusion pathways and support available; * translate complex SEND and inclusion information into user-friendly digital resources; * plan and deliver targeted digital communication and engagement activity for a range of audiences; * use engagement, usage and performance data to identify gaps, evaluate impact and support service improvement; * work collaboratively with colleagues and partners to ensure consistent, accurate and accessible messaging; * champion accessibility, innovation, inclusion and continuous improvement in digital communication approaches. We will also carry out an online internet search for information that is publicly available online that might suggest that you are not fit to work with children or young people.
