Desirable: * Professional qualification such as CIPD Level 5/7, Learning & Development certification, coaching qualification, or equivalent accreditation. * Experience developing organisational capability strategies, early careers programmes, and talent development initiatives. * Experience working within technical, engineering, scientific, manufacturing, infrastructure, or other highly regulated environments. * Knowledge of modern learning methodologies and technologies, including e-learning development, learning analytics, talent management, organisational change, and apprenticeship or UK skills frameworks. ## Description Reporting to the Talent Development Manager, you will lead the delivery of learning and development initiatives that support employee growth, workforce capability and organisational performance.
