Experience managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Cloud, StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, Cloud Connectors, and NetScaler (ADC / Gateway) Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, identity management, and access controls. Strong Windows Server and virtualisation experience (Proxmox, VMware, or Hyper-V). Solid networking knowledge that includes DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, switching, and wireless networking. Knowledge of cyber security best-practice. Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing suppliers or third-party service providers. Experience within regulated industries such as life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or clinical research. Knowledge of GxP, ISO 27001, or similar compliance frameworks. Relevant Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, or security certifications. Personal Attributes Collaborative and approachable leadership style.
