## About the Role

implementation, and optimisation projects Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from key stakeholders. General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Fixed Assets (FA) Cash Management (CM) Act as a trusted advisor to clients on Oracle Finance best practice and process improvements. Produce high-quality functional design documents, solution blueprints, and test scripts. Support integrations with third-party systems such as payroll, banking, expense, tax, and reporting tools. Lead workshops, solution reviews, UAT, training, and post-go-live support. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice capability development. Support pre-sales activities including proposals, solution demonstrations, and estimations. Required Skills & Experience 15+ years' Oracle consulting experience, with strong experience in Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion Finance. Proven track record delivering multiple full lifecycle Oracle Finance implementations. Strong functional
knowledge of finance processes, controls, and compliance requirements. Experience in solution architecture and cross-functional integrations. Strong understanding of Oracle reporting tools (OTBI / BI Publisher / Smart View desirable). Good working knowledge of SQL for data validation and troubleshooting. Exposure to Projects Finance, Cost Accounting, and P2P / O2C processes preferred. Experience working with UK clients and understanding UK finance regulatory requirements. Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills. Strategic problem-solving Client relationship management Leadership and mentoring Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Work on global Oracle Cloud transformation programs Collaborate with international teams and clients Play a key role in shaping enterprise digital transformation #J-18808-Ljbffr
