## About the Role

* Proven experience designing and delivering technical services within a complex, enterprise-scale environment.
 * Strong background in senior technical support or service design roles, with recognised subject matter expertise in relevant product areas (InTune, Autopilot, Windows 11)
 * Experience working with third-party providers and managed service partners to deliver technology solutions.
 * A feedback-driven approach to service design and continuous improvement.
 * Clear, inclusive communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

## Description

* Design and deliver new modern desktop services in line with Infrastructure and End User Services objectives, balancing requirements, cost and risk.
 * Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical leadership and governance across projects, business-as-usual activity and service improvement programmes.
 * Create and peer-review infrastructure and service designs, identifying opportunities for standardisation, simplification and shared platforms.
 * Collaborate with designers, architects, product owners and delivery partners to ensure consistency across programmes and locations.
 * Advise stakeholders on solution feasibility, risks and options, supporting informed decision-making and initiative development.
 * Manage delivery activity using structured planning and tracking, including EPICs and stories, to achieve agreed outcomes.
 * Champion modern desktop services within the IT community, sharing knowledge and promoting best practice across the organisation.
