## Description

The IT Technician will play a key role in supporting the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring systems, hardware, and software operate efficiently across production, warehouse, and office environments.  * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
 * Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
 * Assist with user account management, password resets, and access permissions.
 * Support Microsoft 365 applications and cloud-based services.
 * Monitor IT systems and report potential issues to senior IT staff.
 * Assist with software deployments, updates, and patch management.
 * Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, support tickets, and system procedures.
 * Support cyber security initiatives and ensure adherence to company policies.
 * Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
 * Provide support for manufacturing and operational technology systems where required.
