## Description

* Betrieb und Administration moderner Windows-Server-Infrastrukturen inklusive Active Directory, Benutzerverwaltung und Rechtekonzepten in Unternehmensnetzwerken
 * Analyse und Bearbeitung komplexer Störungen im 2nd-Level-Support für Clients, Server, Netzwerkkomponenten und unternehmensweite IT-Services
 * Automatisierung administrativer Aufgaben durch Entwicklung und Pflege von PowerShell-Skripten zur Systemwartung und Prozessoptimierung
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Server-Architekturen einschließlich Virtualisierung, Backup-Strategien und Monitoring-Systemen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen zur Analyse technischer Anforderungen sowie Umsetzung stabiler und sicherer IT-Infrastrukturlösungen
 * Dokumentation von Systemlandschaften, Supportfällen und technischen Lösungen innerhalb zentraler IT-Dokumentations- und Ticketing-Systeme
