## Description

* Du analysierst die Anforderungen unserer Kunden und begleitest sie im Prozess ihrer digitalen Transformation.
 * Du konfigurierst die entsprechenden (Atlassian-)Tools (z. B. Jira, Confluence) und setzt Kunden-spezifische Anpassungen um.
 * Du installierst und integrierst Tools und bindest diese nahtlos in die bestehende IT-Landschaft ein.
 * Zudem evaluierst du Erweiterungsmöglichkeiten und entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Lösungen.
 * Um Kunden effektiv im Umgang mit den implementierten Tools zu unterstützen, führst du Workshops und Schulungen durch.
 * Du unterstützt bei der Automatisierung und Optimierung von Prozessen.
 * Um eine bestmögliche Lösung zu gewährleisten, arbeitest du stets eng mit internen Teams und Kunden zusammen.
