## About the Role

# You'll gather requirements in workshops using proven process models.

# You will configure and implement solutions on our low-code platform, implementing requirements in the ECM and ELO environments.

# You will use AI tools and playbooks for analysis and configuration.

# You will assume substantive and technical responsibility for the project.

# You will independently conduct user training sessions and explain technical concepts in an understandable way.

# In special cases, you'll seek targeted support from the consulting team to ensure a suitable solution.

Your Profile

# An apprenticeship, a college degree, or relevant IT-related professional experience forms your technical foundation.

# You have at least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in technical project implementation.

# You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner while keeping the big picture in mind. You also stay attuned to issues that extend beyond your immediate scope of work.

# Even when a situation is unclear, you remain calm and level-headed.

# You have a solid foundation in working with software solutions and IT systems.

# Experience with low-code platforms is a plus. Scripting skills will help you here, because low-code doesn't mean no-code.

# You can explain technical topics clearly and genuinely enjoy direct contact with customers.

# You have strong written and spoken German and English skills.
