 * Du führst fachlich und disziplinarisch Projektteams - inklusive Coaching, Ressourcenplanung und Qualitätssicherung
 * Du unterstützt im Business Development - z. B. durch Angebotserstellung, Kundenpräsentationen und Presales-Aktivitäten
 * Du gibst dein Know-how weiter und unterstützt als Mentor:in deine Kolleg:innen bei ihrer Weiterentwicklung
