 * Optimierung von SAP-Prozessen gemeinsam mit Fachbereichen und externen Dienstleistern
 * Betreuung von Schnittstellen sowie Benutzer- und Berechtigungsverwaltung
 * Überwachung der SAP-Systeme
 * Unterstützung und Schulung der Anwender bei technischen Neuerungen
