## Description

* Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen, Störungen und Service Requests im 1st Level Support für die interne IT-Umgebung
 * Aufnahme, Klassifizierung, Priorisierung und Nachverfolgung von Anfragen über das Ticketsystem sowie Unterstützung der Anwender per Telefon
 * Eigenständige Lösung von Incidents im Rahmen des vorhandenen Know-hows, insbesondere im Microsoft-Umfeld mit Windows und Microsoft 365
 * Erkennung wiederkehrender Störungsbilder sowie Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen nach erfolgtem Wissenstransfer
 * Unterstützung bei organisatorischen Service-Desk-Themen, darunter Onboarding-Prozesse, Stammdatenpflege, Koordination und Bestellprozesse
