## Description

* Du sorgst dafür, dass der Applikationsbetrieb (On-Premises, Cloud) unserer Software bei den Kund*innen reibungslos läuft
 * Dabei übernimmst Du den Support, die Administration und die Konfiguration der Lovion BIS Software
 * Software-Aktualisierungen sowie System- und Programmtests zur Qualitätssicherung werden von Dir durchgeführt
 * Zudem unterstützt Du den 1st-Level-Support bei IT-anwendungsrelevanten Fragen
 * Du übernimmst die Kommunikation zwischen unseren Kund*innen und den internen Teams bei Fehlerbehebungen und neuen Anforderungen
 * Das Customizing und Datenmodellanpassungen der Lovion BIS Software gehören ebenfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben
