 * Du hast bereits technische Verantwortung in Projekten oder Teams übernommen und verfügst über Erfahrung mit Governance, Infrastructure as Code und CI/CD, beispielsweise mit Terraform.
 * Du kommunizierst sicher mit technischen und nicht-technischen Ansprechpartnern, arbeitest gerne im Team und entwickelst dein Wissen kontinuierlich weiter.

* Du konzipierst und implementierst Data-Platform-Lösungen mit Databricks und Azure.
 * Du entwickelst Standards und Best Practices für skalierbare, sichere und automatisierte Datenplattformen.
 * Du führst ein Team aus Data Platform Engineers, gibst technische Orientierung und unterstützt die fachliche Weiterentwicklung.
 * Gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung entwickelst du Mitarbeitende, erweiterst Geschäftsfelder und baust Kundenbeziehungen auf.
 * Du erarbeitest wiederverwendbare Lösungsansätze und bringst sie gezielt in Kundenprojekte ein.
