## Description

Réaliser les configurations d'administration site et générale sur des besoins simples à intermédiaires.

Prendre en charge les demandes support N1, diagnostiquer, résoudre ou escalader vers N2.

Contribuer aux audits techniques de premier niveau et aux recommandations initiales.

Rédiger la documentation d'exploitation et les guides utilisateurs.

Participer au découpage des tâches et à l'estimation de ses charges/RAF.

Contribuer à la veille produit et aux POC internes sous pilotage expert.
