## Description

travail -Préparer, déployer et maintenir les ordinateurs portables et les applications métier. -Gérer les mises à jour, la conformité des postes et les opérations de remplacement matériel. -Maintenir l'inventaire matériel et logiciel. Administration Microsoft 365 -Créer et gérer les comptes utilisateurs, groupes de sécurité et boîtes partagées. -Administrer Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams et SharePoint. -Attribuer les licences Microsoft et applicatives. Onboarding / Offboarding et gestion des accès -Préparer les arrivées (comptes, licences, droits, matériel) et réaliser les départs (désactivation, récupération, révocation des accès). -Gérer les demandes d'habilitation et participer aux revues d'accès périodiques, dans le respect des politiques de sécurité. Salles de réunion et collaboration -Installer et maintenir les équipements Zoom/Teams Rooms et visioconférence. -Assurer le support lors des réunions importantes et diagnostiquer les incidents audio, vidéo ou réseau. -Contribuer aux projets Digital Workplace : déploiements Intune/Autopilot, migrations Windows 11, évolutions Microsoft 365, automatisation des tâches.
