## About the Role

De formation Bac +2 minimum, vous possédez d'une première expérience dans l'univers de l'informatique.

Très organisé(e), vous êtes rigoureux(se), autonome et disposez de bonnes facultés d'adaptation.

## Description

Rattaché(e) à l'un de nos clients, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

 * Assistance utilisateurs
 * Gestion des tickets via GLPI
 * Diagnostic des incidents et des demandes (exemples : PC qui ne s'allume pas, réseaux, mises à jour, imprimantes...)
 * PMAD
 * Mastérisation des laptops
 * Préparation des postes de travail aux nouveaux arrivants
 * Installation des applications sur les postes de travail (Antivirus, VPN, Ivanti, ...)
 * Gestion et inventaire du parc informatique
 * Utilisation de PowerShell afin d'exécuter des tâches sur exchange
 * Création de comptes utilisateurs, boîtes aux lettres générique et listes de diffusion
 * Vérification des licences, des droits utilisateurs, droits accès, mdp...
