En tant que Manager IT, vous prenez en charge l'ensemble du système d'information et accompagnez les utilisateurs au quotidien.Vous intervenez sur un périmètre très polyvalent, mêlant projets, infrastructure, applicatif, réseau, sécurité, exploitation et support, en lien avec les prestataires., En tant qu'IT Manager, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :

Pilotage du SI

 * Garantir le bon fonctionnement et l'évolution du SI.
 * Piloter les projets applicatifs : cahier des charges, intégration, migration et mise en production.
 * Définir et maintenir l'architecture technique.
 * Assurer la veille technologique.

Infrastructure & sécurité

 * Gérer les serveurs, postes, réseaux, VPN, Wi-Fi et téléphonie.
 * Piloter les sauvegardes, antivirus, firewall et dispositifs de sécurité.
 * Assurer la maintenance et l'évolution du parc informatique.

Applicatif & support

 * Administrer et faire évoluer les principaux outils métiers : ERP, comptabilité, paie, logistique, reporting…
 * Assurer le support utilisateurs et la résolution des incidents.
 * Accompagner et former les utilisateurs.
 * Suivre les procédures d'exploitation et les traitements récurrents.

Gestion & prestataires

 * Piloter les prestataires et les contrats IT.
 * Gérer les achats, consommables et équipements.
 * Suivre le budget et maîtriser les coûts IT.
