analyser et comprendre l'origine d'un dysfonctionnement, incident ou accident (spécifications physiques du produit, processus...) - Réaliser le support de niveau 1 aux utilisateurs - Bureautique - Informatique - Règles de sécurité - Réseau TCP / IP (LAN, WIFI) / VOIP

## Description

Dans le cadre de ce poste, et à l'issue d'une formation complète aux produits, services et outils de l'entreprise, vous serez chargé(e) d'accompagner les clients dans la résolution des problématiques techniques liées à leur système de télésurveillance.
Vous serez l'interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) des abonnés pour identifier, diagnostiquer et résoudre les dysfonctionnements rencontrés, tout en les accompagnant dans l'utilisation quotidienne de leur installation.
