Data Quality Assurance, Validation and Cleaning: Demonstrate expertise in creating and applying data quality frameworks for Children and Families to resolve inaccuracies. Hold stakeholders responsible for addressing problems and drive ongoing enhancement in data standards. Data Visualisation and Analysis: Demonstrate experience identifying stakeholder needs and delivering intelligence products, dashboards, and analysis supporting decisions and service improvements (including ability to summarise the analysis for high level stakeholders). Data Governance: Demonstrate expertise in data procurement while adhering to security protocols, sharing practices, legislation, policies, and standards. Team and task management: Demonstrate experience leading multidisciplinary teams to develop, deliver, and improve data and intelligence services, products, and processes. Show understanding of challenges affecting Local Government, partners, policies, procedures, and changes shaping service provision. Skills & Ability * Demonstrate expertise in data management, analysis, and reporting using SQL Server, Fabric/Azure, Power BI tools.
