Ensure AI and data initiatives adhere to industry regulations, compliance frameworks, and enterprise governance best practices. Requirements Extensive experience leading £2M+ multi-workstream AI and data transformation engagements, ideally involving complex, mission-critical, or multi-region deployments. Technical expertise in cloud platforms, modern data architectures, and AI/ML deployment. Demonstrated ability to apply Agile, Lean, and Product-thinking approaches to large-scale data and AI initiatives Expertise in change management, including technology adoption,
organisational transformation, and cultural change Deep understanding of AI/ML operational challenges and regulatory requirements Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence executives, technical teams, and delivery partners. Consulting or technology delivery experience, preferably within Financial Services, Energy, or Healthcare industries.
