## About the Role

* Previous experience within scheduling, planning, repairs administration or a similar coordination role
 * Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
 * Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills
 * Ability to thrive in a busy environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
 * A proactive, positive and customer-focused approach
 * Experience within housing maintenance, repairs, engineering or gas services would be beneficial but is not essential

## Description

Venn Group's specialist recruitment team is recruiting for a Repairs Administrator to join a busy housing maintenance contract based in Potters Bar. This temp-to-perm opportunity offers a fast-paced role coordinating repairs and maintenance works across a large residential portfolio of over 14,000 homes., You will be responsible for:

 * Planning and scheduling service and repair works for engineers.
 * Arranging appointments with residents and ensuring service and repair dates are confirmed and communicated clearly.
 * Working closely with engineers, supervisors, the Team Leader and Contract Managers to ensure jobs are planned correctly and completed on time.
 * Assist in managing the service programme, including any follow-on works where required.
 * Ensuring engineers' diaries are planned efficiently to maximise productivity and minimise unnecessary travel.
 * Dealing with scheduling issues such as cancelled appointments, access issues or delays, and rearranging works where required.
 * Liaising with residents, clients and internal teams to provide updates on service and repair works and resolve queries.
 * Ensuring all jobs are raised, updated and closed correctly within the company's systems.
 * Monitoring the progress of works and highlighting any issues that could affect KPIs or completion targets.
 * Providing updates and reports to the Team Leader and Contract Managers as required.
 * Ensuring all works are scheduled in line with contract requirements and company procedures.
 * Working closely with other planners, administrators and operational teams to ensure works run smoothly.
