Requirements Solid working knowledge of Java and/or Python.Practical experience with relational databases and SQL (e.g. Postgres).Working command of Linux.Excellent written and verbal communications skills. MASUK Software Engineer - Securities Lending Platform MASUK Software Engineer - Securities Lending Platform Location: London Experience: Junior/Mid Role We're looking for a software engineer to build a new real-time event-driven platform for securities lending, repo and derivatives trading. The platform has two core objectives: Workflow automation - Streamline reconciliation, risk management and reporting workflows.Front-to-back integration - Consolidate the full trading to settlements lifecycle into a unified platform. Responsibilities include: Develop Java server-side/UI components and Python ETL pipelines.Build integrations with external vendors and market data providers.Work directly with traders and operations teams to deliver solutions. A great opportunity for a strong software engineer to join a growing team. The team will provide mentorship and exposure to modern technologies as we build from the ground up. Technology stack: Java/Python, AWS, Linux, Postgres, Kafka, Git.
