Support Project Managers with scoping, estimation, planning and risk management Participate in solution reviews and design approvals Promote & share best practices Collaborate closely with technical consultants, developers and client service teams Mentor junior consultants Skills & Experience Core Functional 5+ years functional consulting experience with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV) Strong understanding of finance processes (AP/AR/GL, cash management), supply chain, warehousing and manufacturing Experience of Co-Pilot and Agentic AI and a good understanding of MS Power Platform Analytical & Soft Skills Ability to write clear functional specifications and test scripts Proficient with Excel, configuration packages and Power BI (desirable) Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organisation and time management skills Qualifications MS Dynamics 365 Business
