## About the Role

* Strong Technology Resilience / IT Resilience / Disaster Recovery experience.
 * Good technical understanding of Cloud, Infrastructure and enterprise technology environments.
 * Experience with DR, recovery testing, RTO/RPO and service dependencies.
 * Proven ability to identify resilience gaps and drive remediation with engineering teams.
 * Strong stakeholder management with the confidence to challenge and escalate risks.
 * Experience within large, complex or regulated environments is beneficial.

## Description

* Drive technology resilience and disaster recovery improvements across critical services.
 * Work with Cloud, Infrastructure, Network and Engineering teams to identify and remediate resilience gaps.
 * Review recovery plans, runbooks, service dependencies and RTO/RPO requirements.
 * Coordinate resilience and recovery testing and drive resulting actions through to completion.
 * Support audits, risk reviews and provide evidence that critical services meet resilience requirements.
