You'll be helping customers resolve technical queries, triaging support tickets and ensuring issues reach the right people when required. You'll also deliver customer training sessions, create helpful documentation and produce reports that support both clients and internal teams. A significant part of the role will focus on QA and testing activities. You'll test new functionality before releases, identify issues and contribute to improving testing processes. There will also be opportunities to develop and expand automated testing coverage as the products continue to evolve. Alongside support and QA responsibilities, you'll contribute to software development projects. This will include investigating and resolving bugs, assisting with feature delivery, writing automated tests and creating internal tools and integrations. Through mentoring, paired programming and formal training, you'll steadily build your skills and move towards a more development-focused position over time.
