## Description

Alabama Power is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to support a growing portfolio of OutSystems applications and digital transformation initiatives within PD Technology. This individual will serve as a technical leader capable of driving projects from requirements gathering through deployment while helping mentor other developers and expand the team's delivery capacity., * Design, develop, and maintain OutSystems applications supporting multiple business initiatives.

 * Lead technical discussions, requirements gathering sessions, and solution design efforts.
 * Create and manage user stories, technical documentation, development tasks, and application roadmaps.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and developers to deliver scalable solutions.
 * Support migration and modernization efforts, including converting existing applications into OutSystems.
 * Contribute to application architecture, integrations, and platform best practices.
 * Help distribute project leadership responsibilities and reduce dependency on existing technical leads.
 * Mentor and support junior developers across development initiatives.
