* 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including hands-on Controller or Senior Accountant work
 * SaaS or software industry experience is required
 * ASC 606 revenue recognition
 * Strong QuickBooks proficiency
 * Comfort wearing multiple hats in a small-company environment
 * HR/payroll exposure a plus

## Description

* Serve as the sole finance/accounting/HR resource, owning day-to-day operations end-to-end
 * Lead the transition from cash-basis to accrual accounting, including revenue recognition under ASC 606
 * Manage the general ledger, close process, and financial reporting in QuickBooks
 * Track and report on SaaS metrics (MRR/ARR, deferred revenue, churn) to support leadership decision-making
 * Build scalable finance processes and controls to support subscription-based growth
 * Partner with leadership on budgeting, cash flow, and financial planning
 * Payroll, benefits and 401(k) plan administration
 * HR administration (recruiting logistics, onboarding, policies)
