* 8-10+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, cloud engineering, or implementation/deployment engineering
 * Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required
 * Advanced hands-on Linux installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and hardening experience
 * Strong DevSecOps experience and understanding of secure software deployment practices
 * Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
 * Experience troubleshooting complex integrations between legacy systems & modern software platforms
 * Experience owning complex, production-grade deployments with limited oversight
 * Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring, and escalation management experience
 * Strong customer-facing communication skills

## Description

* Lead complex federal customer deployments, including first-of-kind application onboardings and multi-agency/multi-enclave rollouts
 * Architect and configure cloud deployments across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
 * Lead application onboarding for security scanning and accreditation
 * Troubleshoot complex Linux, infrastructure, integration, and deployment issues
 * Perform root-cause analysis and turn recurring deployment issues into permanent fixes
 * Develop implementation standards, technical playbooks, documentation, and troubleshooting procedures
 * Serve as a technical escalation point and mentor other Implementation Engineers
 * Partner with Product and Platform Engineering to translate customer requirements and field challenges into platform improvements
 * Work directly with senior government customers and program managers during high-stakes deployments
 * Travel up to 25%
