This role is responsible for providing hands-on technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT assets, and ensuring employees have the technology they need to be successful. The ideal candidate brings strong desktop support experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to troubleshoot a wide variety of end-user technology issues.
