## About the Role

* Solid understanding of computer systems, hardware, software, networks, and troubleshooting techniques
 * Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
 * Familiarity with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems
 * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
 * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
 * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
 * Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus

General Requirements:

 * Must be able to consent to and pass a company provided drug test and background check.
 * Must be able to perform complex tasks requiring independent knowledge and its application to non-routine situations.

## Description

* Respond promptly and professionally to incoming help desk requests via phone, email, or ticketing system
 * Provide effective troubleshooting and technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
 * resolve complex problems and escalate tickets when necessary
 * Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the help desk tracking system
 * Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components, including printers, laptops, and peripherals
 * Conduct software and hardware upgrades and patches as needed
 * Collaborate with other IT teams to identify and implement process improvements
 * Create and update knowledge base articles and user documentation
 * Conduct user training sessions on new technologies and software applications
