## About the Role

* 10+ years of systems engineering experience supporting DoD programs.
 * Experience supporting Navy or federal acquisition programs.
 * Experience with technical review boards and milestone events.
 * Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools.
 * DAU Systems Engineering training preferred.

Education Requirements:

 * Master's degree preferred.
 * Bachelor's degree plus four (4) additional years of relevant work experience may be substituted for a Master's degree.

Minimum Certifications:

 * DAWIA Level III in Systems Engineering or equivalent certification or military experience.
 * ITIL Foundations v3 or v4 certification.

Security Requirements:

 * U.S. Citizen.
 * Active TOP SECRET/SCI clearance required.

## Description

The Senior Systems Engineer will provide lifecycle systems engineering support across DoD acquisition programs, including technical baseline management, requirements analysis, architecture development, and participation in formal technical reviews., * Support systems engineering lifecycle activities from requirements through integration.

 * Perform requirements decomposition and traceability.
 * Develop and maintain system architecture documentation.
 * Participate in SETR events (PDR, CDR, TRR, etc.).
 * Support configuration management and technical baseline control.
 * Coordinate with engineering teams to support system integration and testing.
 * Prepare technical documentation and engineering reports.
