Clearance: U.S. Citizen; Active DHS clearance or Top Secret DoD Clearance. ## Description InDev is seeking a UI/UX Specialist with 5+ years of experience designing intuitive, user-centered digital experience for web and mobile applications in complex enterprise environments. This role will help to enhance the usability, accessibility, and overall user experience of mission-critical applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of human-centered design principles, user research methodologies, interaction design, information architecture, and Section 508 accessibility requirements. Working closely with product owners, business analysts, developers, and government stakeholders, the UI/UX Specialist will translate business and mission needs into engaging, accessible, and mobile-first user experiences that improve customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
