 * Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and production support experience

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

Our client is seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Developer (VP Level)to join a high-performing Equities Engineering team responsible for modernizing a global trading platform used across capital markets. This is a unique opportunity to work on a major transformation initiative involving legacy modernization, cloud-native architecture, microservices, real-time messaging, and AI-assisted software development., * Modernizing a 30+ year trading platform into a microservices-based architecture

 * Building scalable Java/Spring Boot backend services
 * Developing modern Angular-based user interfaces and dashboards
 * Creating event-driven solutions using Kafka, MQ, and real-time messaging technologies
 * Supporting cloud-native application development and deployment
 * Collaborating with Product, Trading, Operations, and Engineering stakeholder
 * Solving complex scalability, latency, resiliency, and performance challenges
 * Leveraging AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, and Claude Code
