## About the Role

* Active Top Secret/SCI clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Top Secret/SCI security clearance as a condition of employment.
 * CompTIA Security+ certification required.
 * 3-5 years of relevant web development, dashboarding, data visualization, or systems integration experience.
 * Bachelor's degree required.
 * Experience setting up and configuring dashboards that ingest data from multiple sources.
 * Familiarity with HTTP APIs and integrations to enable data ingestion.
 * Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to work closely with technical and business stakeholders.
 * Experience with ServiceNow and Grafana desired.
 * Knowledge of SQL and scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript desired.
 * Experience with DevOps tools and cloud monitoring platforms desired.

## Description

Apex Systems is currently hiring a Business Intelligence Architect supporting a large Government client. In this role, you will help build an executive-level "single pane of glass" dashboarding experience using Grafana, integrating data from ServiceNow, Splunk, and other operational systems to support real-time observability across the organization.

Project Details / Mission Supported:

 * Lead the buildout of a centralized Grafana dashboarding environment to support executive-level visibility and operational monitoring.
 * Develop, design, and maintain dashboards using Grafana and ServiceNow for real-time data visualization.
 * Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define meaningful KPIs, metrics, and dashboard insights.
 * Build and configure back-end integrations between Grafana and multiple data sources, including ServiceNow, Splunk, and other operational systems.
 * Support the transition from Power BI to Grafana by improving existing visualizations and creating scalable dashboard solutions.
 * Optimize dashboard user experience by ensuring visualizations are intuitive, actionable, and aligned to stakeholder needs.
 * Provide technical expertise and support for assessing, enhancing, and maintaining existing dashboard solutions.
