This position requires a proactive self-starter who can work effectively in fast-paced environments, with strong web management skills, especially experience using DotCMS or similar, to ensure agency websites remain accurate, aesthetic, accessible and user-friendly. The role also involves producing multimedia content and contributing to streamlined project workflows using Smartsheet or similar project management software. Knowledge of AP style is essential for maintaining high standards across all communications. The preferred candidate will possess the following qualifications: * Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. * Familiarity with emergency management or public safety communications is a plus. * Proficiency in photography and video production, including capturing, editing and optimizing multimedia assets. * Experience with DotCMS or comparable web content management systems. * Proficiency in web design or front-end development fundamentals. * Base-level coding experience (such as HTML, CSS, or basic scripting) to support web updates and troubleshoot minor technical issues. * Knowledge of AP writing style. * Familiarity with Smartsheet, Asana or similar project management tools., * Proficiency in multimedia software and tools. * Strong creative and storytelling skills, with an eye for visual aesthetics. * Solid understanding of video and audio production techniques. * Experience with 2D/3D animation and motion graphics. * Familiarity with interactive media design and user experience principles. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. * Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot technical issues. * Past successful participation in a range of multimedia projects and styles. A degree is not required. However, at least 3+ years of experience applying the outlined knowledge, skills, and abilities in a similar role may be considered.
