## About the Role

* BA/BS in Education, Engineering, Information Management, Information Technology or related degree
 * Five years minimum experience with DD1391 Processor and related applications
 * Expertise with Adobe Robot a plus

## Description

These individuals shall assist in the development of sections of materials for training courses and user manuals which support the various automated systems. They may assist the Team Leader in the instruction of courses, which support the various automated systems. These individuals shall access the DD1391 Processor and its related applications and become familiar with all available functions. These individuals shall create or revise course material, edit or create documentation for user/training manuals, edit or create user help files and tutorials, prepare graphics, develop test questions, and prepare and test practical exercises to be used on the application for the classroom. These individuals, working under the direction of the Team Leader, shall be required to perform QA/QC testing, analyze, and correct functional data contained in the various databases. These persons shall provide telephone and email support for the system.
