## About the Role

Ability to lead presentations to large groups, and tie business problems to technical solutions. Excellent communication skills and your ability to relay and simplify complicated concepts to non-technical people while maintaining the ability to speak to highly technical people.
Hands-on commercial lines pricing and/or underwriting experience with a view of how to transform the industry with cutting edge technology
Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw connections between analytical solutions, modern technology, and business value
Ability to talk on a peer-to-peer level with senior insurance executives, including Heads of LOBs, Heads of Products, CIOs, and business teams such as Pricing, Actuarial, IT, and Product teams at the largest insurance carriers.
Communicate practical applications with data analysis tools and technical knowledge of modelling, pricing, and underwriting.

Creating a go-to-market strategy for commercial lines insurance
Playing an integral part in a growing sales organization
Crafting solutions to our customers' business problems
Collaborating seamlessly with the global Solution Engineering team
Being a self-starter and having a bias for action
