## About the Role

Education: Degree or higher vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Automation, or a related technical discipline.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in BESS and/or Wind energy operations, with a proven track record in a remote-control centre or as a Senior Wind Turbine or BESS Technician.
OEM Expertise: Experience with major onshore wind turbine platforms or major BESS manufacturers and SCADA software from OEMs or commercial platforms.
Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in renewables technology, analysing technical logs, reading electrical diagrams.
Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills under high-pressure scenarios, assertive communication, and a strong safety-first mindset.
Languages: Professional proficiency in English is required.
Spanish, Portuguese, French or German are a strong asset.
Other languages will be also considered.
