## About the Role

Im Fokus steht der technische Level-2-Support für eine komplexe Google-Workspace-Umgebung. Gesucht wird eine Person mit fundierter Erfahrung in der Administration und Fehleranalyse von Google Workspace sowie im Incident- und Request-Management., * Sprache: Englisch, Deutsch und Französisch (Nice to Have)

 * Wichtig: Deutsche Staatsbürgerschaft erforderlich
 * Bereitschaft zur SÜ2-Sicherheitsüberprüfung erforderlich, * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Google Workspace Administration und im Level-2-Support
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Gmail, Google Meet, Google Drive, Google Chat sowie Google Docs, Sheets und Slides
 * Erfahrung im Incident- und Request-Management (z. B. ITSM, Remedy)
 * Sicherer Umgang mit User Support und Troubleshooting
 * Grundkenntnisse in Microsoft 365
 * Kenntnisse in Reporting, Google Case Management und Netzwerk-Infrastrukturen
 * Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
 * Optional: Gute Deutsch und/oder Französischkenntnisse

* Level-2-Support für Google Workspace
 * Analyse und Behebung komplexer Incidents und technischer Störungen
 * Bearbeitung von applikationsspezifischen Requests
 * Unterstützung der Anwender bei technischen Fragestellungen
 * Mitarbeit im Incident- und Request-Management
 * Identifikation technischer Wissens- und Prozesslücken
 * Sicherstellung des Know-how-Transfers an Support- und Betriebsteams
