## About the Role

Do you have experience in IT team leadership, project coordination, or managing infrastructure projects?
Do you speak fluent German and English?, * 3 to 5 years of proven experience in IT leadership, project coordination, or senior technical support.

 * Proven ability to manage project teams, monitor deliverables, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
 * Experience maintaining project tracking tools, meeting client KPIs, and enforcing IT security policies.
 * Strong understanding of country-level asset management, infrastructure deployment, and vendor coordination.
 * Ability to align with global cross-functional teams, external providers, and internal stakeholders.
 * Fluent German and English (minimum B2 level, both spoken and written).

Nice to have:

 * Experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) model
 * Familiarity with local regulatory reporting and authority compliance in Germany
 * Ability to translate complex project metrics into clear documentation for non-technical leadership

## Description

Our client is seeking an IT Support Team Leader to join their Managed Service division. In this hands-on technical leadership role, you will guide local project teams, enforce strict IT security compliance, manage in-country IT assets, and oversee end-user and infrastructure rollouts. You will work closely with global engineering teams, local authorities, and third-party vendors to drive project goals and achieve key performance indicators., * Leading, monitoring, and accounting for all technical tasks assigned to the local project team

 * Executing and coordinating end-user and infrastructure project implementations to ensure timely delivery

 * Managing in-country IT assets and supervising tracking tools for ongoing project initiatives

 * Serving as the primary contact for local authorities, third-party vendors, and global project groups

 * Fulfilling assigned deliverables, generating progress reports, and achieving agreed-upon KPIs

 * Enforcing robust IT security standards and compliance across client infrastructure systems

 * Maintaining accurate project recording tools and reporting status updates to key stakeholders
