Dabei ist Teamarbeit zentral - du bringst dich ein, tauschst dich regelmäßig mit Kolleg:innen aus und profitierst von klaren Standards und einem stabilen technischen Set-up.
 * Mitgestalten statt nur abarbeiten: Auch wenn vieles bereits gut strukturiert ist - deine Ideen sind willkommen: Du kannst dich an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Entwicklungsrichtlinien und technischen Standards beteiligen. So gestaltest du aktiv mit, wie wir arbeiten.
 * Abwechslung inklusive: Du analysierst Anforderungen, entwickelst saubere, wartbare Services in Java und arbeitest unter anderem am Refactoring unseres inhouse ERP-Systems mit - immer mit Blick auf Skalierbarkeit und Zukunftsfähigkeit.
 * Technologisch gut aufgestellt: Wir setzen auf moderne Architekturen, Java-Technologien und etablierte Modelle. Du entwickelst Services, die sich nahtlos in unsere Systemlandschaft einfügen und langfristig tragfähig sind.
