## Description

* Als Teil von Digital Workplace Products verantwortest Du als Brücke zwischen Business und IT die organisationsweite Weiterentwicklung und nachhaltige Verankerung von KI Agents und begleitest deren Nutzung über alle Geschäftsfelder hinweg
 * Du bist involviert bei Recherche, Konzeption sowie Weiterentwicklung neuer Funktionen und Lösungen für alle Nutzer im Unternehmen hinsichtlich KI Agents
 * Du identifizierst und bewertest Verbesserungspotentiale und bist als zentraler Ansprechpartner stets im Austausch mit interdisziplinären Teams bestehend aus Business & IT
 * Du unterstützt im internationalen Support, der Ticketbearbeitung sowie der Beratung von Usern in der Nutzung unserer KI Anwendungen
 * Du wirkst bei der Erstellung von Rahmenbedingungen und Richtlinien (Governance und Compliance) mit
 * Du reist gerne? Business & IT zu vereinen erfordert einen direkten Einblick bei den entsprechenden Personas und bietet die Möglichkeit, Niederlassungen und interne Kunden zu besuchen
