 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Active Directory, Netzwerken und IT-Security einschließlich Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender sowie sicherer Cloud- und Remote-Access-Szenarien
 * Sehr gute PowerShell-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Automatisierung von Administrations-, Deployment- und Betriebsaufgaben; Microsoft Graph, Azure PowerShell/Azure CLI sind von Vorteil

 * Architektur, Aufbau und Optimierung von Azure Virtual Desktop und Microsoft Remote Desktop Services (RDS/Terminalserver) - inklusive Host Pools/Session Hosts, RemoteApps, Images, Autoscaling, FSLogix, Storage und Hochverfügbarkeit
 * Technische Verantwortung für Identity, Endpoint und Security rund um Active Directory, Entra ID, Conditional Access, Exchange Online, Intune/Autopilot, Teams, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Defender, Netzwerke und IT-Security
 * Analyse, Root-Cause-Betrachtung und nachhaltige Lösung komplexer Störungen und Eskalationsfälle einschließlich technischer Kundenkommunikation, klarer Ownership und aktiver Risikoeskalation nach dem bitformer Serviceprozess
 * Technische Planung und Leitung von Migrationen, System-Upgrades und Integrationsprojekten - insbesondere Cloud-, M365-, AVD- und RDS-Transformationen
